Not Months. Days.
The biggest misconception about dedicated AI infrastructure is that it takes months to deploy, requires an IT team to manage, and involves a painful onboarding process. That may be true for enterprise AI projects with seven-figure budgets. It is not true for CentsibleAI.
We provision dedicated environments in days. Your team is working with Assist, running Flows, and building Core within the first week. Here is how it works.
Day One: Environment Provisioning
When you sign up, we spin up your dedicated environment. This includes your isolated compute resources, your data layer, your Assist configuration, your Flows engine, and the Core intelligence layer. Everything runs in infrastructure that belongs to your organization.
We set up your team accounts, configure role-based access, and connect your authentication system if you have one. By the end of day one, your team can log in.
Days Two and Three: Initial Training
This is where Core starts learning. We work with you to load foundational knowledge into the platform: your standard documents, your process documentation, your style guides, your templates, your FAQs — the institutional knowledge that currently lives in shared drives, wikis, or people''s heads.
Assist is immediately useful at this stage. It can answer questions about the materials you have loaded, help draft documents in your style, and assist with tasks that reference your standard processes. It is not fully trained yet — that happens over weeks and months of actual use — but it is already more useful than a generic AI tool because it has your context.
Days Four and Five: First Workflows
We help you set up your first Flows automations. These are typically the processes your team does most frequently: intake routing, document generation, notification sequences, data synchronization between systems, recurring report compilation.
Most clients start with three to five workflows. Each one eliminates a manual process that was consuming hours per week. The immediate time savings are tangible and visible to the team.
Week Two and Beyond: Core Starts Compounding
This is where the dedicated model starts demonstrating its real value. As your team uses Assist for daily work, Core absorbs context. It learns your terminology. It understands your client relationships. It picks up the nuances that make your firm''s work distinctive.
By the end of the second week, Assist is noticeably better than it was on day one. Not because we changed anything — because your team''s usage taught Core what matters. This improvement continues indefinitely. Every week, the platform knows your business better.
Ongoing: We Manage the Infrastructure
Your team uses Assist, Flows, and Core. We manage everything underneath: infrastructure maintenance, model updates, security patches, performance optimization, backup and recovery. You do not need an AI team. You do not need dedicated IT resources. You need people who do their jobs — the platform handles the rest.
Monthly reviews ensure the platform is delivering value. We look at usage patterns, identify workflow opportunities, and adjust Core training priorities based on where your team is spending the most time. The goal is continuous improvement with zero additional burden on your team.
