1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — name, email address, company name, and messages submitted through our contact form or sign-up flow. We also collect standard server logs including IP addresses and browser information when you visit the site.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, manage client engagements, operate the Centsible AI Platform, and send The Processing Layer newsletter (only if you subscribe). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Client and user data is stored in Supabase on infrastructure hosted in the United States. AI Platform deployments for clients are provisioned in the region you select during onboarding.
4. Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for data storage, Anthropic's Claude API for AI features, Stripe for payment processing, and SendGrid for transactional email.
