1. Services
Centsible Consulting provides payment infrastructure consulting, strategic advisory, M&A technical due diligence, and access to the Centsible AI Platform. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate statement of work or agreement between Centsible and the client.
2. AI Platform — Beta Access
During the beta period, access to the Centsible AI Platform is provided free of charge. Beta access may be modified, suspended, or converted to a paid offering at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Confidentiality
Information shared with Centsible in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. For AI Platform clients, data processed within your dedicated environment does not leave your provisioned infrastructure and is not used to train shared models.
4. Intellectual Property
Deliverables produced as part of a consulting engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. The Centsible AI Platform software, architecture, and tooling remain the property of Centsible Consulting.
5. Limitation of Liability
Centsible's liability in any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
