Your Right to Delete

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and account at any time, including your credentials, contact information, portal data, and AI conversation history.

How to Request Deletion

Email brent@centsibleconsulting.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

• Your authentication account and login credentials
• Your company/merchant profile record
• AI conversation history and session data
• Any uploaded files stored in your account
• Newsletter subscription (if applicable)

AI Platform Clients

For clients with a dedicated AI Platform deployment, decommissioning your environment permanently deletes all data stored within your provisioned VPS, private database, and any locally stored model data. This deletion is irreversible. We will schedule a confirmation call before initiating.
