Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing centsibleconsulting.com or using any services provided by Centsible Consulting LLC ("Centsible," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Centsible Consulting provides business consulting services including:

• Payment processing analysis and optimization
• AI workflow automation consulting and implementation
• Operational efficiency and cost reduction advisory
• Financial operations consulting
• Access to our client portal and merchant tools (where applicable)

Specific scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in separate Statements of Work or Service Agreements.

3. Accounts & Portal Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at brent@centsibleconsulting.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Payment & Fees

Fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend access for non-payment after a 10-day grace period.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client business information and financial data as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as necessary to deliver services or as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, consulting methodologies, AI tools, and workflow templates are the property of Centsible Consulting LLC. Deliverables created specifically for your engagement are owned by you upon full payment, unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranty that our recommendations will achieve specific financial outcomes. Projected savings and efficiency gains are estimates based on available information and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centsible Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reproduce or resell our proprietary tools without permission
• Submit false information to obtain consulting advice

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a consulting engagement per the terms in your service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend portal access immediately if these Terms are violated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
